Refund policy
At Neoon Art, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every custom neon sign we deliver. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Damaged or Non-Working Products

If the product is damaged or not functioning upon delivery, we will either:

Repair the item, or

Send a replacement product after receiving the original product back at our warehouse.

The damaged product must be returned to our warehouse before the replacement is initiated.

A video proof showing the damage during unboxing is mandatory to claim a refund.

If all conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business days.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if the product is delivered broken or non-functional.

The customer must share clear video evidence at the time of unboxing to validate the claim.
3. Order Cancellation Policy

As all our neon signs are custom-made, once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

However, if the production of your custom neon sign has not yet started, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately.
